The “automated” extraction of invoices literally only exists for a handful (maybe 12?) organisations. Within six months of using the product all auto fetch connections started to break causing us to have to continually re-enter credentials. Now it is to the point where several accounts are not working at all. Now that 2 step authentication is a trend, they have not overcome that issue. With 2 step, the documents cannot be fetched defeating the purpose of the software. Hubdoc is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend them for anything.

I really like the mobile app and that you can upload receipts on the fly. I wish all the banks and software were setup to use Hubdoc. When I have an issue using Hubdoc, I don’t ever hear back from the customer service team.
